X-Ave Corporation · Trade Radar pilot
Privacy Policy
How X-Ave Corporation handles account information and public permit context in the Trade Radar pilot.
Effective date: August 15, 2026. This working pilot policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broader launch.
Who is responsible
X-Ave Corporation operates Trade Radar and is responsible for this working pilot Privacy Policy. It explains how we handle organization, account, and service-use information.
What we collect
We collect account details, organization and service preferences, selected coverage areas, saved-job actions, optional email preferences, Terms and Privacy acknowledgements, and technical activity needed to secure and operate the workspace.
How we use it
We use this information to create your private organization workspace, match your selected services to public City records, send only opted-in messages, protect tenant separation, prevent misuse, improve the pilot, and maintain audit records.
Public permit context
Permit information comes from public City of Toronto sources. Trade Radar does not add homeowner phone numbers, emails, or inferred personal data, and it does not represent public permit information as homeowner contact permission or a request for service.
Sharing
We use service providers necessary to host, secure, authenticate, store, map, and email the platform. We do not sell personal information. Your organization’s saved jobs, notes, preferences, and matches remain within its private workspace except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the service or a person.
Retention, security, and choices
We use access controls, organization-scoped queries, and audit logs. No system can promise absolute security. We keep records only for as long as reasonably needed to run the pilot, address issues, meet legitimate obligations, and maintain security. You can change optional email preferences in My trade and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion review.
Contact and changes
Email hello@trade-radar.co with privacy questions or requests. We may update this pilot policy as the service develops and will revise the effective date when we do.
