Methodology

Public sources. Clear matching. Private planning.

Trade Radar is designed to make the origin and limits of its information clear, so providers can decide how to use project context responsibly.

Source coverage

Trade Radar uses public City of Toronto permit context and identifies the relevant source on the product surface. City information describes project context. It does not include homeowner contact information or imply a homeowner request.

Matching explanation

The workspace uses transparent service, timing, and territory signals to explain why a project appears. Providers should review the published work description and make their own business decisions.

Data boundaries

Private saved workspaces are not public directories. Trade Radar does not publish provider planning data or position public permit context as permission to contact a homeowner.
